M. Sillaven – Alleging that Sillaven delivering unto one Beverly Pool a bond for $369 conditioned to pay said sum of money to said Pool in case he should loose 369 acres of land in Milam county on the San Gabriel river, part of the head right of William McLain and also to pay interest upon said sum of money which bond was executed 6-9-1852 and transferred to G. B. Harris 12/13/1852; on the 29th of April 1854 transferred to L.E.S. Williams and then transferred to William Buckholts. Suit to recover money due on bond, the said Sillaven having conveyed no title and the land having been lost and that said defendant is a non-resident. 10-7-1858 – J. C. Rogers, clerk
