The said Van Curry leaves children unknown; Mary Curry dec’d, who married Peyton P. Daniels, leaves one heir. Joseph Daniels and John Curry alleging that Thomas Curry dec’d, father of said plaintiffs & defendants, owned at his death one league of land in Milam County of which no distribution has been made and praying that said distribution between said heirs. Affidavit made that Lucretia Cravens Jesse Cravens John Curry are non-residents of this state.
