K. Homan, editor and proprietor. It is 6-column to the page sheet, is gotten up in very creditable style typographically, while its editorials, especially the locals, show the ear-marks of a newspaper writer of some experience and more than average ability. It will be devoted mainly to the interests of the locality in which it is published, and will deal with politics as a matter of news.
