Somehow, they connected with a Curtis family but, originally, the birthdates of our Sarah Gorda Curtis and the middle names were not the same. I haven't found out how they finally connected them but, it makes interesting research and I haven't done my homework so, can't really disavow the Autry line. Eddie has tied her in to the LDS Lorenzo Dow Curtis and Lucenda Autry line. I really hope it is true because it would save a lot of problems and work. * REQUEST on the AUTRY lineage of Burleson Co. and Milam Co. We show a marriage of LUCY ANN (CAVE) rabon DODD to Lewis Autry in Burleson Co. Tx, 1872. DOES anyone have any AUTRY lineage leads on this aux family? Second: My Sarah Gorda CURTIS Kunkel was born June 22, 1856 in Macon, Gordon County, Georgia. She died and is buried in McLean, Gray County, Texas on January 28, 1943. She married Samuel Kunkel on December 5, 1880 in Cisco County, Texas. They had six children. My grandfather, Sidney, was # 5 and he had a twin who died in childbirth, Eastland, Texas. Thanks for any help. Judy Grimes, Yorba linda, CA. <megbr549@aol.com> Gloria Harrison<motrn2@juno.com> Sparks, Nevada.
