Funeral services were held 10 a.,m. Saturday, July 8 at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron with Rev. Glynn Cummings offiiciating. Burial followed in the Oak Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Tucker, a cook, was born Nov. 24, 1935 in Gonzales County to Ladie Fred and Ellandra Hellen (Mueller) Evan. She is preceded in death by husbands, Emil Simmons, Wilburn Pearson, and W. F. Tucker, and one brother, Ladie Evan, Jr. Survivors include two sons, Johnny Pearson of Cameron and Billy Pearson of Cameron; three brothers, Charles Evan, Robert Evan and Roy Evan, all of Cameron.
