Funeral services were held July 18 in the Clover Hill Cemetery in Lott with the Rev. Billy Ray Crow officiating. Bagley was born July 7, 1933 in Rosebud to Byrd Lee and Frankie Agnes Marx Bagley. He was a carpenter in the construction business and had previously served six years in the U.S. Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, T. A. Bagley and B. L. Bagley and a sister, Bertha Johnson. Survivors include sons, Eugene Bagley, Jr. and Danny Bagley, both of Waco; daughter, Debbie Cox of Waco; sisters, Eva Mae Maxwell of Cameron and Margie Nix of Waco; special friend, Barbara Henson of Waco; six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
