Funeral services are set for 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Zion Hill Baptist Church in Gause. Rev. Johnathan Montgomery will officiate and burial will follow in Peaceful Rest Cemetery in Gause. Visitation is set for Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Jackson Mortuary Chapel in Cameron. Lockhart was born July 11, 1924 in Caldwell. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army and was retired. He is survived by his wife Mary Lockhart of Gause; stepdaughters Lorraine Standiford and husband Ivan and TeRayshia Drake, all of Gause; Kimi Harrison Garcia and husband George of Cypress; and Donna Harrison Douglas and husband Alvin of Houston; and mother-in-law Newis Standiford of Gause.
