Graveside services were held Monday, Oct. 9 in Oak Hill Cemetery in Cameron. Mr. Brennan died Friday, Oct. 6 in Austin. He was born Aug. 15, 1924 in Milano. He was a member of St. Austin’s Catholic Church in Austin and a veteran of World War II. He graduated from Texas A&M in 1945 and was a retired employee of the Texas Department of Agriculture. He is survived by his wife, Rebecca Lewis Brennan; four sons, Nick Brennan, Jr., Jack Brennan, Jeff Brennan and Andrew Brennan; five daughters, Mary Margaret Salls, Martha Brennan, Patti Bergin, Ellen Ryan and Becky Wilson; and 17 grandchildren. Memorials may be made to the Seton League House in Austin.
