Services were at 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 21 at Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home in Cameron. Rev. Tom Kennedy officiating. Burial followed in Oak Hill Cemetery, Cameron. Mrs. Bowling, a retired school teacher, was born Dec. 19, 1904 in Franklin, was a member of First United Methodist Church of Cameron and Order of Easter Star Chapter 23. She was preceded in death by her husband, J. a. Bowling, in 1970. She is survived by a brother, Thomas George Holden of Bay City; a sister Julia Grayson of Chicago; also several nieces and nephews.
