Margaret Clemings of Georgetown officiating. Burial was in Oak Lawn Cemetery in Rockdale. Mrs. Prazak died Saturday, July 22, at Richards Memorial Hospital in Rockdale. A resident of the New Salem community for 43 years. She was born Jan. 13, 1940, at Floydada to Alton H. Bailey and Betty L. Rucker. She married Arnold J. Prazak on Aug. 18, 1956, in Waco. Mrs. Prazak was a homemaker. Preceding her in death were her parents and a brother, Dwayne Bailey. Survivors are her husband, Arnold J. Prazak of Rockdale; a son, Mark Prazak of Rockdale; three daughters, Sandra Stutts and husband Alan of Rockdale, Carla McCartney and husband Charlie of Port Aransas, Karen Gammage of Arlington; a brother, Lynn Bailey and wife Barbara of Lufkin; a sister, Leda Farrow and husband Jack of North Richland Hills; also, 10 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Pallbearers were Brent Stutts, Eric Prazak, B.J. Stutts, Andrew Simmons, David Rogers and Leslie Yezak.
