Funeral services were at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 6, at the Marek-Burns-Laywell Funeral Home, Rev. John Self officiating. Burial followed in the Little River Cemetery near Jones Prairie. Mrs. Black was born Dec. 4, 1907, in Milam County and was a retired sales clerk. She is survived by her husband, Weldon Black of Cameron, and a son, Leonard Black of Cameron.
