Rev. Jerry Burns officiated. Mr. Morgan died Tuesday, Oct. 7 in a Cameron Nursing Home. He was a Milano resident. He was born Jan. 6, 1916 in Cameron and was a lifelong resident of Milano. He worked as a farmer and a rancher and was a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Lela Morgan of Milano; a son, Alvie L. Morgan of Gause; twin daughters, Martha Bush of Richland Springs and Wilma Franklin of Bryan; a brother, Glen Morgan of Milano; eight sisters, Thelma Morgan and Minnie Ola Rozuska, both of Buckholts, Evelyn Pierce of Leander, Joan Griffin of Rockdale, Miriam Morgan of Milano, Vera Williams of Goldwaite, Mary Ponder and Edna Jean Olen, both of Houston; eight grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
