Mueck, 81, of Houston and formerly of Cameron died Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2006 in a Houston hospital. Funeral services were held 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 7 at St. Monica’s Catholic Church with Rev. Chris Coleman officiating. Burial followed in the St. Monica’s Cemetery. Miss Mueck, a homemaker and caretaker. She was born Oct. 25, 1924 in Cameron to Reinholt and Louise (Nittman) Mueck. She was a member of St. Monica’s Catholic Church. A brother, Paul Mueck and a sister, Lillie Horlica preceded her in death. Survivors include two brothers, Bill Mueck of Cameron and Edwin Mueck of Cameron; two sisters, Rita Hlavacek of Houston and Edna Wendt of Oglesby; numerous nieces and nephews.
