    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/hkB.2ACE/5820.1.2 Message Board Post: I hope you read my previous reply to your message. I was just wondering. . . . if my request for help bothered you so much, why did you bother taking the time to help me? No one forced you to. Perhaps I should have stated that I could not get around that well with my request, along with all the mundane details. Would that have tempered your irritation? I would rather not have to say with each message, "Due to illness . . ." You did help and for that I am grateful. But the tongue lashing was not needed or necessary. I wish, more than you, that I could get around and do everything I used to - but sometimes life is just not that kind.

That is why I asked for help. I am well aware that research is much more than what is online. I have been doing this for years thru the mail and visiting the locations of ancestors. BUT, health problems that I will not go into, and finances, would not allow a long trip out of town at this time. Thank you for your understanding that not all people live in large cities or in places with LDS centers and not all people are well enough to make long trips. As far as the detailed information. I gave all I had. This family is one of my brick walls - the kind of which I know all researchers are familiar with. Thank you very much for taking the time to volunteer to help someone not as fortunate as you.
