Isaac Newton Neely ,Nancy Collins, Jesse Collins, Arthur Vinson Neely, Charles Neely. Know the family of Charles Neely, born 1820's, wife Jane Ann Newton, arrived in this area in the 1850's. Charles was born in Tennessee as was his first two sons (I.N. and A.V.) Arthur marries Julia A. ROBINSON. I.N. and A.V. were children of Charles first wife who the children list as having been born in Tenn, whereas Jane Ann Newton was born in Arkansas. Possible that the mother's first name was Louisa (both boys named their first girl Louisa). Any information on these families, where to verify or refute, would be greatly appreciated.
