Hello list, I just learned of the death of my husband's 1st cousin on 18 Mar 1999 in Midland, Texas. Efforts to obtain an obituary on-line from the Midland Reporter-Telegram (the local newspaper) have failed as they do not post their archives. I am hoping to reach someone who would have access to microfilm copies of the paper or another source to photocopy the obituary (or death notice) for me.
