    3. Hi Diane, A free lookup in the TX death records can tell you when and where he died. And his death certificate will tell you how his name appears on his death certificate, the name of his parents, where he's buried, the funeral home that handled his burial, etc. Go to the Texas State Library and Archives Commission web page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and e-mail your request to them. Their response will also tell you how to get his death certificate.
