    1. John Peak/Peek, Elm Mott Cemetery
    2. Can anyone tell me if there is a Peek Cemetery at Elm Mott? I just recently found out that my gg-grandfather, John Peak is buried there at Elm Mott, supposedly at a Peek Cemetery. I would appreciate any help on this. John Peak lived in the McLennan Co. area from before 1870 until his death in 1900. His wife Charlotte Caroline/Lottie lived there until after 1910, as I found her in the census records for 1910, but another researcher records that she is buried at Kent Co., TX and that she died in Oct., 1920. There were many children in John's family. Surely there are descendants out there that know more than I, since I know next to nothing. I would love to be in contact with them. Thanks for your help, Diana Ware

    3. Peek Cemetery is in a pasture, in a very wooded area, off FM 308 between Elm Mott and Chalk Bluff - not accessible. There is one marked grave of John Peek who died in 1900 at the age of 86. Fall & Puckett Funeral Home records shows: B. G. Peek infant - stillborn died Nov 1, 1902, interred at private cemetery Miss Celia Peek by B. G. Peek, died Jan 25, 1897, interred at Peek Cemetery John Peek, 86 years by B. G. Peek, died May 3, 1900, interred at Family Cemetery near Elm Mott Peggy Duty Warehouse222@cs.com wrote: > Can anyone tell me if there is a Peek Cemetery at Elm Mott?
