Hi! I am looking for a gentleman and his wife. His name was Louis Black and hers was Clara Starrett Black. They lived in the town of Mart,Tx. in the early 1900's. I do believe that he might have had some brothers in the area and one is believed to have been a police officer there. If anyone has any information it would be greatly appreciated.
