I would like to inquire where, online, are the records for the subject cemetery. I'd be even more pleased to find where any records for the cemetery may be found in Waco. I am a descendant of Clementine (Jones) Arnold, and there are four of her children with markers there beside her. The Waco Times-Herald (old name) once stated that CJA's "was the oldest grave in this cemetery", and she died 19 Sep 1855. My specific interest is in the marker for Thomas T Hooks, her son, who died in Confederate service on 26 Dec 1861 at the Battle of Chustenanlah, near Tulsa, OK. I recently discovered that a brother of his was in the same 6th TX Cavalry and I , having long assumed the marker for TTA was over an empty grave, began to wonder if brother James Marshall Arnold brought his brother's body home for burial.
