None of your WEBBs ring any bells here, but there are several similarities that would indicate there is a connection, such as WOW, Downsville,TX (where I visited my gmother Webb most Sunday afternoons when small), and Cass County, TX, where the fifty or so Webbs in my database came through (to Downsville, McLennan, TX in 1878).
