She graduated from Bay City High School in Bay City, Texas. She married Jack R. Moseley in 1950 and raised six children. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in sociology. She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist, Austin, Texas, Gray Panthers and C.U.R.E., and she was very active in the Democratic Party. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack R. Moseley and daughter, Kristin Davis. Ann is survived by her daughters, Carol Hennebach of Austin, Susan Reisor of Matagorda, Texas, Jane Glasser of Portland, Oregon, and Kay Hackmann of Austin; son, Scott Moseley of San Antonio; sister, Sidney Hawes McGlothlin of Sunrise Beach, Texas; and 12 grandchildren. Memorial services were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 20, 2005 in the Colonial Chapel of Cook-Walden Funeral Home, 6100 N. Lamar.
