Franklin - TYLER TYLER - Shirley Kay Franklin, 60, of Tyler, died Friday, Dec. 16, 2005. She was born Nov. 3, 1945 in Bay City to the late John and Nola Harris Kinard. She was a clerk for the City of Bay City [Matagorda County, Texas], and was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Bay City. Survivors: husband, Richard Blundell of Tyler; son, Jeff Blundell of Anadarko, Okla.; and two grandchildren. Preceded in death by: one grandchild.
