Ruben Newell, pastor, and the Rev. Curtis Wiley, Sr., eulogist. Burial will follow at St. John Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 3 until 9 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. He was born in Van Vleck, Texas, October 18, 1936, to Charlie Wiley and Addie Hayes Wiley, and passed away June 9, 2006, in Bay City, Texas. Survivors include: two brothers, R.A. Wiley and Dorothy, and Charlie Wiley, Jr. and Lee Ella, and a very devoted sister-in-law, Wanda Flagg Davis, all of Bay City. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Active pallbearers will be Recie Wiley, Jr., Terry Wiley, Sr., Kerwin Wiley, Dante' Wiley, Stanley Wiley, Bobby Flagg, Floyd Williams, Curtis Austin and Freddie Allen, Jr. Arrangements are with Duncan-Roberts Funeral Home, Bay City, Texas.
