Morgan April 10, 1922 - April 10, 2006 George W. Morgan, 84, of Bay City passed away April 10, 2006. He was born April 10, 1922 in Norwood, North Carolina to George Stewart and Cora Ethel Wilhait Morgan. He had been a resident of Bay City since 1978 and was a member of the First Presbyterian Church. Survivors include: his wife, Mariam Ruth Morgan of Bay City; daughter and son-in-law, Cora Ann and David Bigwood of League City; son and daughter-in-law, Samuel Albert and Elizabeth Morgan of Austin; sister, Margaret Johnson of Barboursville, West Virginia; cousins, John and Patti Wilhort of Katy and Nancy and David Towery of Friendswood. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Ada Ratcliff. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date. On line condolences may be sent by visiting www.taylorbros.net.
