She was born September 25, 1931 in Galesburg, Illinois to the late Frank Charles and Irene Cordelia McNeece Huston. Mrs. Dunsworth was a resident of Bay City since 1953 and was a very active member of the Word of Life Church in Wadsworth, Texas. Mrs. Dunsworth was a local artist with paintings all over the United States and in other countries. She loved to travel all over the United States and abroad. Every where she went she would always make a friend and share the Word. Survivors include: her husband of 53 years, Bill Dunsworth of Bay City; daughter and son-in-law, Jenifer and Adam Evans of Sweeny, Texas; son and daughter-in-law, Billy and Monica Dunsworth of Kerrville, Texas; sisters and brothers-in-law, Lila and Truman Bridges and Nancy and Roy Hibbard all of Slater, Missouri; brother and sister-in-law, Tom and Sue Huston of Miami, Missouri; four grandchildren, Michelle Dunsworth of Kerrville, Sarah Barnes Pearson and husband Mike of Houston, Jeffrey Barnes and Toby Barnes both of Victoria; one great grandson, Michael T. Pearson of Houston; and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral Service were held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2006 at Calvary Baptist Church with the Rev. Melvin Ryman and the Rev. Chester Sassman officiating. Interment followed at Cedarvale Cemetery. Pallbearers were Jeffrey and Toby Barnes, Mike Pearson, Stew Eddy, Dwight Dunsworth, Charles Ray and David Gutherie, and Adam Evans. Honorary Pallbearers were George Yeager, Charles Bouse, Wilmer Cook, Jim Reddoch, Kenneth McKissick, Bobby Skinner, and Dave Eddy. Memorials may be made to your charity of choice.
