She was born June 18, 1919, in Westoff, Texas, to Stanley Thomas Lipinsky and Gertrude Hadamek Lipinsky. She married Ralph Stuart Davis on August 18, 1936 in Bay City, Texas. They were married for 52 years. Survivors include: her son and daughter-in-law, Charles Stanley and Lana Davis of Bowling Green, Kentucky; daughter-in-law, Deloris Hastings Davis of Austin; daughter-in-law, Ginger Davis White of Bay City; eight grandchildren, Tammy and John Milliff of Bay City, Chuck and Betty Davis of LaFayette, Alabama, Kenneth and Jennifer Davis of League City, Julie and Chris Nugent of Bryan, Darrell and Lily Davis of Berkley, California, Matthew Davis of Galveston, Diane and James Flowers of Denton, and Kathy Davis of New Orleans, Louisiana; 13 great-grandchildren, Jason and Brandon Milliff, Grace, Rebekah, Charles III, Joel, and Olivia Davis, Brighid and Erin Nugent, Lorelei and Xen Davis, Sophie and Hannah Flowers; three sisters, Ruth Scott of Brownsville, Eileen Murff of Houston, and Pauline Falks of Pearland; one brother, Raymond Lipinsky of Willis; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Stuart Davis on August 12, 1988; her son Ralph Stuart Davis, Jr. on January 26, 2005; and four brothers, Sigmund, Jerry, Willie, and Paul Lipinsky; and one sister, Regina Ebrom. Pallbearers are grandsons Chuck Davis, Kenneth Davis; great grandsons Jason Milliff, Brandon Milliff; and nephews Tom Murff, Jerry Lipinski. A Rosary was held at 6 p.m. Monday, April 3, 2006 at Taylor Brothers Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass was held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at Holy Cross Catholic Church. Internment will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at Madisonville City Cemetery, Madisonville, Texas. Arrangements with Taylor Bros. Funeral Home, Bay City, TX (979) 245-4613.
