I'm trying to trace my paternal grandfather, Jessie Ramirez Espitia (b. 1920-1930ish), but haven't been having much luck. I have however traced him to an old address that is linked to Natividad R. Espitia and to one of Natividad's children. In this obituary it mentioned a brother Jerry but no further details about him. I'm wondering if Jerry is in fact Jessie. I've been trying to track down Natividad R. Espitia's birth records to see if this is in fact true but without success. Is there a local resource or contact that has access to these records?
