Spurr BAY CITY [Matagorda County, Texas] - Charles Albert Spurr, 47, of Bay City, died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006. He was born June 16, 1958 in Bay City, to Augusta Holub Spurr of Bay City and the late James Spurr. He was retired from Air Lioue Company and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Bay City. Survivors: brothers, Stan Spurr of Sugar Valley, Jim Spurr of Houston, Chris Spur of Bay City, Roland Spurr of Matagorda, and Wayne Spurr of Friendswood. Visitation will be 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Andrew's Catholic Church in Hillje. A rosary will be recited at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Services will be 11 a.m. at the church.
