He was born Nov. 18, 1966, in Palacios, to David Sandoval Sr. of Palacios and Sylvia Garcia Sandoval of Clute. He was a pipefitter. Survivors: sons, Alfred Porfirio Sandoval, Jasper Sandoval and Adriano Sandoval, all of El Campo; sister, Terri Perez of Clute; and brothers, David Sandoval Jr. of Clute and Matthew Sandoval of Palacios. Preceded in death by: brother, Robert Louis Sandoval. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today at Primera Iglesia Bautista, Fourth and Morton in Palacios. A prayer services will be 7 p.m. tonight at Primera Iglesia Bautista. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church, Main and First Street in Palacios, the Rev. Juan Aguilera officiating.
