I have tried to piece together information about them from census records, and figured that Jacob and Phillip were his brothers, but could not figure out who the parents or any other siblings were. I have received information that proves that Mariah was the neice of William Baxter, and early settler in Matagorda County. Any information you have would be quite welcome.
