Havel - VICTORIA Daniel J. Havel, 63, of Victoria, died Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005. He was born Feb. 2, 1942, in Crescent, to the late Anton M. and Rosalie Hobizal Havel. He was a technical engineer at Alcoa for 35 years before retiring. He was a member of Faith Family Church. Survivors: daughter, Heather Misener of Tivoli; sons, Hoyt Havel of Amarillo, Holt Havel of Bay City [Matagorda County, Texas] and Eric Havel of Austin; sisters, Patricia Sanders and Rose Marie Bain, both of El Campo; brothers, Jerome Havel of San Antonio and Robert Havel of El Campo; and seven grandchildren. Preceded in death by: wife, Joy L. Havel. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Faith Family Church, the Rev. Larry Helms officiating. Burial will be at Memory Gardens Cemetery with a flag folding presented by the Victoria County Veterans Coucil. Memorials: Faith Family Church.
