Charles Dwomoh officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Tequexquitla Municipal Cemeterio in Carmen Tequexquitla Tlaxcala Oaxaca, Mexico. Visitation will be at 5 p.m. Friday at the church with a rosary at 6 p.m. Mr. Perez was born Aug. 18, 1976, in Santo Domingo Teoxlomulco Sola De Vega, Oaxaca, Mexico to Telesforo Antonio and Maria Velasco Perez. He died Nov. 13, 2005. He was a painter and sandblaster for Palacios Shipyard, Inc. and a Catholic. In addition to his parents, he is survived by a sister, Reyna Antonio Velasco, Santo Domingo Teoxlomulco Sola De Vega, Oaxaca, Mexico; brothers, Hulfrano Antonio Velasco and Luciano Antonio Velasco, both of Santo Domingo Teoxlomulco Sola De Vega, Oaxaca, Mexico.
