She was born May 6, 1925, in Palacios, to the late John and Seawillow Moore Adams. Survivors: daughters, Rosa Southall of Missouri City and Linda Southall of Houston; son, Andy D. Martinez III of Victoria; sisters, El Rose Gordon of San Antonio, Gloria Glover of Houston, and Rubye Graham of Palacios; and brothers, Elvin Adams of Palacios, Antoine Adams of San Antonio, and Henry Adams of Tacoma, Wash.; and six grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. today at Jesus Freewill Holy Temple in Bay City, Bishop Michael Hurst and the Rev. Charles Miles officiating. Burial will be at Palacios Cemetery.
