She attended Calvary Baptist Church, Bay City. Sandi was a talented porcelain doll maker, winning several red and blue ribbons, and worked several years for World publishing. She also worked for a local quilt shop in Texas where she made beautiful quilts. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Walker and Frances Parsons; and stepfather, Holley Parsons. She is survived by: husband of 44 years, Alfred “Al” Taylor of Bay City; sons, Allan Taylor of Bay City and Chase Taylor of Houston, Texas; daughter, Faith Smith of Strausburg, Virginia; twin brother, Paul Walker of Oscoda, Michigan; five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Services were at 2 p.m. , Thursday, September 29, 2005 at Good Shepherd Mortuary, South Charleston, with the Rev. Jim Phillips officiating. Burial was in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.
