He was born June 6, 1932 in Francisville, Texas, to Frank Lawrence Butter and Katie Ryman Butter. He was a lifelong resident of Wadsworth, a farmer and the former owner of Butter’s Cut Rate Liquor Store. He is survived by: his wife, Lothell Marie Culver Butter of Wadsworth; and by one sister, Evelyn Baas of Houston, Texas. A rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2005, at Taylor Bros. Funeral Home. Funeral mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, September 28, 2005, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Wadsworth, with the Rev. Casey Jarzombek officiating.
