She was born May 2, 1918, in Page, Texas, to the late Herman and Frieda Forster Scheueler. She was a resident of Angleton for the past 10 years and a former longtime resident of Bay City, where she was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church. Survivors include: son and daughter-in-law, Michael and Karen Schelsteder of Bay City; two grandchildren, Alyssa and Michael Henry Schelsteder of Bay City. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Joe Schelsteder, and brother, Freddie Scheueler. Graveside funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 2005, at Cedarvale Cemetery, with the Rev. Eric Klimpel officiating. Arrangements with Taylor Bros. Funeral Home.
