Hogg Mrs. Nancy Elizabeth Hogg, who had lived in this area for 55 years, passed away in the Gulf Coast Medical Center in Wharton last Thursday, March 21, after a short illness. The daughter of the late Lindsay and Lydia J. Terry Griffin, she was born July 8, 1892. She married E. B. Hogg and last September they celebrated their 57th wedding anniversary. Funeral services were held at the First Methodist Church Sunday afternoon, March 24, at 3 o'clock with the Rev. M. R. Zirkel officiating. Interment was in the Palacios Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, two sons, Ernest Bascom Hogg of Odessa and Leroy L. Hogg of Palacios and four grandchildren. [Texas death records indicate Nancy died March 21, 1968] Palacios Beacon?
