He was born May 17, 1930, in Bay City. Survivors: daughters, Equella Goodall of Palacios and Nell Edwards of Bristol, Conn.; sons, Bobby Collins of Clute, Harold Collins of Pamona, Calif., and Ray Collins and Danny Collins, both of Palacios; and 14 grandchildren. Visitation will be 3-9 p.m. today at Duncan-Roberts Funeral Home chapel. Services will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Agape Sanctuary in Palacios, the Rev. Eric Young officiating.
