Sons and grandsons and nephews were named after kin, hope this helps, Sher Squire Blevins of Rhea County, Tennessee Squire Blevins was born 6 Feb 1815 in NC or VA; died 14 Mar 1889 in Washington Co., TN. He married Mary Fagan. Is has been reported that this family resided in Roane Co., TN in 1860, Rhea Co, TN in 1870, Bledsoe Co., TN in 1880 and then was in Jackson Co., TN. It is reported that Squire's son, Squire, Jr. was murdered, which started a feud which influenced much of the family to go to Texas. Children of Squire and Mary Fagan Blevins: 1- Sarah E. There was another Blevins family in Meigs County, TN that might have been related to Squire's group but I don't have anything wrtten on them.
