Researching Cowan family -- settled near Tow 1852. Especially interested in history of the Colorado Saline/Cowan Salt Works alongside the west bank of the Colorado River. Sold to the Chism family following the death of David Calvin Cowan. I have photographs of many of the Cowan family, but curious if any exist of the the saltworks.
