Looking for info on MRS.ANNIE and daughter GRACIE THOMAS. Gracie was put up for adoption in 1884 in Tarrant co. TX. Father unknown but Gracie was at least half indian. She was adopted by a white couple, DICK and NANNIE(Nancy) JANE MATTHEWS. Nannies maiden name was SHAWVER. She had a sister named LORA BELL SHAWVER who lived in Clarenden,TX.
