Limestone County lost much yesterday 11 Dec 2001 when Ray Walter died. Not only has the county lost something but I lost a good friend. Ray taught me so much about genealogy & the county I was born & raised in. This means there is almost no one left to ask the many questions we have. Not many had done serious Limestone Co. TX research & he had done this most of his life. In fact it was his life. I will let everyone know when the arrangements are made. Pat Oates in TX.
