    3. At one time there was a problem with ISP's that allowed mail to be passed on with no protocol and they were identified and mail from them was not accepted. Spammers used them to pass the junk mail anonymously. MSN was one of them and it caused me a lot of problems then but I haven't had any lately. Thanks, John C.
