    3. Hi Pat, I had a similar problem when I bought a new computer. My techie told me to check my firewall configuration (sorry, can't remember exactly what he said)---I did, followed his directions and the problem was fixed. You might contact a techie at your computer's service and see if he can help you solve the problem rather than trying to go through Rootsweb or your provider.
