    3. Wanda, You can copy the file but it is a "picture" - not text. It will have to be retyped or scanned as text in a scanner. If you scan as text, you will need to go back and check your copy against the original. OCR is great when you scan a clean page but if there are any marks on the page - or even shadows - the scanner will read them as keyboard characters. Most of these files have a font with fuzzy edges and they are not scanning well. I still think the best bet is to print out the file if you have a printer and then re-type. Gina "Wanda K.
