New Hope Cemetery is listed in the Limestone County Cemetery Survey book...but was not included in the index. There is a listing for Capt. Chester C. Slaughter on page 471: dates 2-12-1919 to 3-21-1945, "In memory of Capt. Chester C. Slaughter. Co B. 115th Inf. 29th Div. Buried in Margraten, Holland

To all those kind people who had offered their help in getting me a photograph of Captain Slaughter's marker at the New Hope Cemetery TX I now can say I received the photograph by E-mail from Mrs.Patti Cantrell for which I am very great full.
