Thanks for the info. James Rose Beard is the line we are researching. My niece, Melissa Martinez, says you have helped her out alot. I have made personal contract with some of the Beard families. Today I received alot of pictures and data on this family. So our amount of information is truly falling into place now. You helped us, we've helped them and they are helping us. James Rose Beard is the brother to my gr.grandfather, Barney Washington Beard. He married Lottie Temperance Hobbs, I just found her request for civil war pension. Barney was first married to Amanda Annie Hobbs, Temperance's sister. Since we've found new information I or Missy will be happy to help. Shirley I guess I have a mess I have James Rose Beard married to Temperance Lottie Hobbs. If this is wrong I do need to fix this. I am glad to find you are the ones working on this family without having to dig through all my emails. I am going to send you a man's name off list that is good with genealogy & he is married into this line. He lives down the road from me but I have only talked to him on the phone. His wife is dead & he is not on the net so you will have to call him. His wife goes back to William Wilson Beard if that is correct. It is looking like what I have is not totally correct & am hoping he can help me. Pat Oates in TX. At 08:17 PM 5/29/2001 -0500, you wrote: >Thanks for the info.
