There was a Mrs. Morrow (her first name escapes me at the moment) who did a complete set of 11 or 12 volumes of cemetary inscriptions of all known cemetaries in Freestone County. I believe that they were published in the mid to late 1980s. I also believe that Mrs. Morrow passed away earlier this year. Soon after she finished her last volume I did a complete surname index for the complete set. At one point I had her written permission to distribute the Index to anyone asking for a copy - in the hopes of increasing her sales. If anyone is interested I could scan my surname index - giving the surname, cemetary, volume and page number, for her works. I'm not sure of the legal status of her transcriptions, but at least one could know which cemetary and volume to check out. I know the Library in Mexia has a complete set of her works.
