My best quality copy of the index was not good enough for my OCR Scanner. Came out sort of like Swahili although the text is clear enough. My apologies to all who requested an e-mail copy of the index. It is 119 pages - much to bulky to e-mail 119 JPEG format pages. So if anyone is interested in a zerox copy via snail mail - my cost per each will be $2.40 postage + 0.21 for an envelope.
